A-level students to launch legal proceedings against Ofqual if appeals system isn't changed

The Good Law Project is supporting six students to launch legal proceedings against Ofqual if the A-level appeal process is not changed.

If the government do not introduce a "meaningful appeals mechanism" by Wednesday The Good Law Project say they will issue proceedings in the High Court.
