Analysis: Biden under pressure over southern border immigration

US President Joe Biden is under increasing pressure over migrants arriving at the southern border with Mexico. Some 14,000 migrants are currently in federal custody, which is likely to rise. Republicans have accused the president of being too lax on immigration.

FRANCE 24’s chief foreign affairs editor Robert Parsons says the reality at the southern border is not as bad as Republican lawmakers say.
