Argentina lockdowns: Outrage over permanent restrictions in Formosa

Argentina is more than three weeks into a mass vaccination drive using Russia's Sputnik vaccine.
It was one of the first countries in Latin America to impose a lockdown to fight COVID-19.
But, while most lockdowns have been lifted, thousands in the northern province of Formosa are still living in isolation.
