Attacks in eastern DR Congo continue despite state of emergency

Violent attacks in the eastern Democratic Republic of the Congo have continued, despite the government declaring a state of emergency in Ituri and North Kivu provinces.
The United Nations refugee agency estimates more than 1,500 people have been killed this year alone.
