The Chairman of Britain's public broadcaster, the BBC, has resigned after a report said he breached rules.
Richard Sharp had faced an inquiry for his role in securing a loan for the former prime minister Boris Johnson.
This was just before he was selected by the government to chair the corporation in early 2021.
