Beijing district in 'wartime mode' amid spike in COVID-19 cases

Eleven neighbourhoods in Beijing have been put back under strict lockdown measures following a spike in coronavirus cases centred around a food market in the city.

The move comes amid mounting concern over a second wave of the COVID-19 pandemic.
