Beijing reaffirms stance on security in Hong Kong

China has reaffirmed its position on law and order in Hong Kong. This came after U.S. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo denounced the arrest of ten people in the city.
Media Tycoon Jimmy Lai was among those taken into custody under the new security law. The arrests have sparked condemnation from several countries.
But China's Foreign Ministry has dismissed Pompeo's criticism.
