Beirut explosion: Rescuers race against time to find Lebanon's blast survivors

More search and rescues are taking place to identify survivors three days after a massive explosion rocked Beirut, which killed at least 150 people and injured over 5000. Excavators of the rubble are being handled by a number of local groups, but also members of search and rescue teams from France, Turkey and Germany as the international community continues to sends help. However, time is running out.

A number of funerals starting to take place for the victims of Tuesday's explosions in the port of the city. There is still an overwhelming sense of disbelief and anger and also just a question of how they go on after mass devastation that has decimated food supply and left a quarter-million people without inhabitable homes.
