Belgium bolsters restrictions as weekly infections rise 89%

Belgian authorities say a three-year-old girl has died as a result of Covid-19, as infections in the country surged 89 percent from the previous week. FRANCE 24 correspondent Pierre Benazet says authorities are now bolstering their restrictions to halt further spread of the virus.
