Biden makes concession to win Senate support for $1.9 trillion stimulus plan

As talks over the landmark #US stimulus plan continue, a compromise backed by the White House would tighten eligibility for direct payments to Americans and is designed to keep the Democrats' razor-thin majority united in the Senate. Debate over the $1.9 trillion plan, which has already been approved by the House, could begin in the upper chamber as early as this Thursday. Also, we take a look at China's robust economic recovery and the end of an era in Las Vegas.
