Biden vows long-term aid for storm-ravaged Kentucky

President Joe Biden is in Kentucky Wednesday getting a first hand look at the devastation from last week's tornadoes that killed at least 88 people. Biden pledged the federal government will "be here," and aid will flow well in to the future. (Dec. 15)
