BREAKING: PM 'very optimistic' England's lockdown will end on 21 June

Prime Minister Boris Johnson says he is 'hopeful' all coronavirus restrictions in England will be removed in England by 21 June, but admits there is "no guarantee".
Mr Johnson also reiterated the government are looking into vaccine passports but says there are "deep and complex" issues to address first.
