Brexit: UK considering all options with Northern Ireland talks stalled, says Frost

David Frost, the Brexit minister, has said there has been 'no breakthrough' after more than two hours of talks with the EU over customs checks in Northern Ireland. Amid fears that the escalating crisis could develop into a trade war, Lord Frost said the UK wanted a negotiated settlement but was 'considering all options'
