British MPs vote to extend emergency powers for six months

British MPs have voted to renew the Coronavirus Act by 484 votes to 76 - a majority of 408.
The last motions went through on the nod, one approving the Coronavirus Act one-year status report and the other extending proxy voting and remote participation in the Commons until 21 June.
