The European Commission has approved Greece's recovery plan, which will be financed by the bloc's multi-billion-euro coronavirus rescue fund to mitigate the economic impact of the pandemic, Commission President Ursula von der Leyen announces in Athens. Von der Leyen says "there is no doubt that it will deeply transform Greece's economy which will embrace the twin green and digital transition."
