Burkina strongman stages new inauguration after 'transition' plan

Burkina Faso strongman Paul-Henri Sandaogo Damiba is ceremonially sworn in as president following the adoption of a "charter" to restore elected government in 2025. Damiba was sworn in as president and head of the armed forces by the top constitutional body on February 16.
