California county, home to 2m, keeps mask mandate

California and eleven San Francisco Bay Area counties will lift their mask requirements for vaccinated people in most indoor public settings beginning Feb. 16. Santa Clara County, home to two million people, is keeping its mandate in place. (Feb. 10)
