Children slide on US$17 million landmark in China

Children were seen sliding on a circular landmark in northeastern China’s Liaoning province.
Built in 2012, ‘The Ring Of Life’ cost 112 million yuan (US$17million). After videos of visitors climbing on the ring surfaced online, the local authorities said they would install guardrails around the landmark.
