China defends Huawei after Barcelona star Griezmann cuts links

China declines to weigh in on Barcelona footballer Antoine Griezmann's decision to cut ties with Huawei. Frenchman Griezmann said that he was "immediately ending" his partnership with the company following "strong suspicions" that Huawei has contributed to a facial recognition software in China designed to alert police when it recognised members of the Uighur minority.
