China to test six million residents in port city of Dalian after new coronavirus cluster emerges

Chinese health officials announced on July 26, 2020, that they would test all six million residents of the city of Dalian as local authorities scramble to control the spread of a new cluster of Covid-19 infections.
Dalian, a port city in the northeastern province of Liaoning, confirmed 12 new coronavirus cases of local origin and 14 asymptomatic cases on July 25, 2020. The cluster of infections was first reported when a 58-year-old man working at a seafood processing company tested positive with no known links to other infections.
