Civil servants pledge loyalty to the Basic Law and HKSAR

Civil servants in the #HongKong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) pledged loyalty to the #BasicLaw and the HKSAR during an oath-taking ceremony. The welcome move would close the loopholes in the Basic Law and ensure proper implementation of the National #Security Law.
