B.C. Health Officer Dr. Bonnie Henry and Health Minister Adrian Dix provided an update on the COVID-19 pandemic and the government's ongoing response on Thursday.

British Columbia has recorded three deaths and 24 new cases of COVID-19 in the last 48 hours, health officials said Thursday.

Fifteen of the new cases came between Tuesday and Wednesday, while nine were in the last 24 hours.

It bring’s B.C.’s case total to 2,940. Seven of those cases are epidimiologically-linked, while the remainder have been lab-confirmed.
