Coronavirus: B.C. reports 6 new COVID-19-related deaths over 3 days | FULL

Health officials in British Columbia reported six new COVID-19 deaths over a three-day period, bringing the province’s death toll to 183.

B.C.’s provincial health officer Dr. Bonnie Henry and Health Minister Adrian Dix announced the new cases during a briefing on Monday.

Henry also announced 31 new cases of COVID-19, the disease caused by the novel coronavirus. B.C.’s confirmed cases now total 2,978.

Sixteen COVID-19 patients are in hospital, with four of those in intensive care.
