Coronavirus: Government testing figures were 'overstated by 200,000'

After the the UK Statistics Authority accused the government of presenting misleading figures on COVID-19 testing, new analysis by Sky News has found that at the height of the crisis ministers were routinely overstating the number of Britons who had been tested.
