Coronavirus: Vaccine trials showing positive immune responses

Early results of two vaccine trials out of the United Kingdom and China are providing hope in the search for a COVID-19 cure. As Redmond Shannon reports, the Oxford and CanSino human clinical trials have have recorded positive immune system responses.
