Sen. Elizabeth Warren on Wednesday grilled top U.S. health officials, including Dr. Anthony Fauci, CDC director Robert Redfield, and FDA Director Stephen Hahn, about whether they hold any stocks in companies that are currently developing vaccine candidates.

Each of the officials testified they have no assets that would allow them to profit from the development of one vaccine over another.

Warren then attacked the financial ties of Dr. Moncef Slaoui, the man selected as the Trump administration’s vaccine czar, questioning whether Operation Warp Speed might be compromised as a result of Slaoui’s financial holdings.

Hahn said the FDA draws a “very bright line” between Operation Warp Speed, the Trump administration’s effort to fast-track a vaccine, and his organization.
