Coronavirus: What the Trudeau government put forward in throne speech, national address

Governor General Julie Payette has delivered the speech from the throne, resuming Parliament with a four-tiered pandemic plan.

Then in a rare, televised prime time address, Prime Minister Justin Trudeau declared four provinces were in the middle of a second wave of COVID-19. Abigail Bimman and Mercedes Stephenson look at what the speech contained, and what Trudeau had to say.
