COVID-19: £37bn Test and Trace costs justified - Shapps

The Transport Secretary has told Sky News that although the Test and Trace system has been expensive, without it - the pandemic would have been 'a lot worse'.

Grant Shapps explained that 9.1 million people have been contacted by the service.
