Dark clouds hover as Hurricane Laura approaches land

Dark, cloudy skies seen above Sabine Lake Causeway Bridge on the Texas-Louisiana border as the National Hurricane Center deems Hurricane Laura an "extremely dangerous" category 4 storm. The storm has prompted evacuation orders for hundreds of thousands of coastal residents of Louisiana and Texas.
