David Davis: 'These aid cuts are not necessary'

Former Brexit Secretary David Davis says that he can't support a cut to that foreign aid that would lead to the deaths of tens of thousands of young children.

Mr Davis said that his was confident that rebel MPs could win a vote later, as long as everyone who vote to support them did.
