Decoration for off-duty firewoman who saved man in Paris park

France's Minister for Citizenship, Marlène Schiappa, awards the bronze medal of the National Defence for "acts of courage and dedication" to Marion Dehecq, a young reservist of the Paris Fire Brigade, who saved the life of a man suffering from cardiac arrest in the Parc Monceau while she was off duty.
