The trial of Derek Chauvin, the former Minneapolis police officer charged with killing George Floyd after pinning his neck to the ground for nearly nine minutes, continues.
Witnesses include:
- Scott Creighton, a former police officer who testified that Floyd was non-compliant during an earlier arrest
- Michelle Moseng, a retired paramedic who treated Floyd in 2019
- Shawanda Hill, who was sitting in Floyd's car at the time of his arrest on the day he died
- Peter Chang, a police officer who responded to the incident
- Nicole Mackenzie, the medical support coordinator for the Minneapolis Police Department
- Barry Brodd, former police officer and use-of-force expert
