Derek Chauvin will not testify at his murder trial

The defense at the murder trial of Derek Chauvin in the death of George Floyd has rested its case after two days of testimony to the prosecution’s two weeks. Chauvin invoked his Fifth Amendment right, which protects against self-incrimination. (April 15)
