The Horn of #Africa region is facing the driest conditions in more than four decades after three consecutive rainy seasons failed. Up to 20 million people could go hungry this year as delayed rains worsen extreme #drought amid a shortfall in humanitarian aid, the United Nations World Food Program said on April 19, 2022.
