Ed Miliband says Bulb collapse points to "systemic failure of regulation"

Britain’s seventh-largest energy supplier is expected to become the first energy company to be placed into a “special administration” process so it can continue to provide gas and electricity to its 1.7 million customers through the winter after going bust on Monday.

'So many companies going bust in just two months, something not happening anywhere else in the world, points to a systemic failure of regulation,' the shadow business and energy secretary Ed Miliband said.
