Coronavirus: Ontario Premier Doug Ford provides update on COVID-19 response | FULL

Ontario Premier Doug Ford provided an update regarding the newly-issued province-wide stay-at-home order, which takes effect tomorrow, to curb the spread of the coronavirus.
Ford made the update alongside Health Minister Christine Elliott, Solicitor General Sylvia Jones and Retired Gen. Rick Hillier, head of Ontario's COVID-19 task force.
On Tuesday the Ontario government declared a state of emergency — the second since the beginning of the coronavirus pandemic.
Ford said the state of emergency will be in effect for at least 28 days, and the stay-at-home order will take effect on Thursday at 12:01 a.m.
Ontario reported 2,903 new COVID-19 cases on Tuesday, bringing the provincial total to 222,023. The death toll in the province has risen to 5,053, after 41 more deaths were.
