Emirati Ministry of Foreign Affairs: 'We have never abandoned Palestinians"

Director of the Policy Planning Department at the United Arab Emirates Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation Jamal Al-Mushrakh, spoke with FRANCE 24 in Dubaï, in the wake of his country’s signing of an historic agreement with Israel. Al-Mushrakh said the normalization process would lead to to “enormous benefits” not only for the United Arab Emirates and Israel, “but also for the Palestinian people." He said the agreement would be instrumental in "bringing hope" to the whole region.
