England’s mountain ambulance service team, the Great North Air Ambulance Service, has teamed up with jet suit maker Gravity Industries to test the possibility of using body-controlled jet engine powered suits to deliver critical care services in the Lake District National Park. If the collaboration takes off, it may lead to the world’s first jet suit paramedic.
