EX- Russian President Medvedev gives his 'predictions' on Twitter: Fall of EU, civil war in US

Russia's former President Dmitry Medvedev has been sharing on Twitter his predictions for 2023. The staunch ally of Vladmir Putin says there will be a war between Germany and France and that Britain will rejoin the EU after which it would then collapse. As for Ukraine, parts of it will be occupied by Hungary and Poland. His ultra-hawkish views have found favor with Putin - who has just promoted Medvedev to serve as his deputy on a body overseeing the military industry. France 24's correspondant Nick Holdsworth tells us more about these predictions.
