Facing ageing population, China allows couples to have up to three children

#China has relaxed its #familyplanningpolicy to allow couples to have a maximum of three children after a census showed its population is rapidly ageing, state media Xinhua reported Monday. Charles Pellegrin France 24 Correspondant in Beijing tells us more.
