Falling wind speeds could affect green energy strategy Rethink

By 2100, average annual wind speeds could drop by up to 10 per cent, according to the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change. Science commentator Anjana Ahuja examines what impact that might have on renewable energy targets and what could be done to reduce any adverse effects.
