FDA panel backs lower-dose Moderna COVID booster

A U.S. health advisory panel endorsed booster shots for Moderna’s COVID-19 vaccine, voting to recommend a lower-dose shot for seniors and other high-risk groups. But it stressed there's no evidence it's time to open booster doses to everybody. (Oct. 14)
