Feds, states sue Facebook for 'predatory' conduct

Federal regulators joined 48 states Wednesday in accusing Facebook of abusing its power in social networking to crush smaller competitors. They are asking the court to order Facebook to divest its Instagram and WhatsApp messaging services. (Dec. 9)
