First flight from Israel to UAE in wake of US-brokered 'peace' deal
Sky, 01 Sep 2020
An Israeli commercial passenger plane has made history today by becoming the first to fly to the United Arab Emirates.
The aircraft, with anti-missile technology and "peace" painted on its fuselage, landed in Abu Dhabi after taking off from Tel Aviv.
The flight was made possible after the two countries agreed to a United States-brokered deal to normalise relations.
