Former Afghan President Ghani says wants to return

Former Afghan President Ashraf Ghani says he left Afghanistan to stop "bloodshed and chaos" in a post to his Facebook page, but adds that he is "in talks to return" home after seeking refuge in the United Arab Emirates.
