France ends state of health emergency as coronavirus cases continue to decrease

FRANCE24, 10 Jul 2020
French government puts an end on Saturday to special powers that were imposed months ago to help tackle the coronavirus pandemic. Authorities will nevertheless keep the power to limit gatherings and the freedom of movement for at least four more months. It comes as data indicates a declining number of coronavirus cases and people in intensive care.
