The Trump administration has handed out billions of dollars to support small businesses during the pandemic, , hoping to keep the economy rolling along. But it turns out that tens of millions have also ended up in the bank accounts of venture capitalists, celebrities and politicians, such as Robert DeNiro and Paul Pelosi.
