French minister visits asylum centre where official was killed by migrant

French interior minister Gérald Darmanin and Pau mayor François Bayrou arrive at the Isard COS welcome centre for asylum seekers (Cada), where an official was stabbed to death by a Sudanese man whose asylum application had just been refused.
