French Prime Minister Jean Castex said four people were stabbed on Friday in northeastern Paris near the former office of the Charlie Hebdo satirical magazine that was attacked by ISIL five years ago. A suspect was arrested, but the motive for the attack is still unknown. Police say two of the four wounded have "life-threatening" injuries. A police operation in the area is underway and residents are being asked to avoid the area.
