French Prime Minister condemns Guadeloupe violence "in the strongest possible terms"

French Prime Minister Jean Castex condemns days of rioting against Covid-19 restrictions which have taken place in Guadeloupe. Paris authorities have sent elite police and counter-terrorism officers to the French overseas territory to quell the unrest.
